If I ever get the cash together to bring my car back to life I might go out and try it...but then again I'll probably be too damn worried about breaking the bitch and won't do it

Suspension, body, me  Car will need a lot of stuff before I can put it sideways. And I highly doubt at this point and time I'll have the funds to get it where it needs to be.

Just buy some Isis coils and either weld the diff or get a cheap one used, and parking lot events and the back course you won't crash into anything bring it out an have a blast.

Already got the welded and megan coils on it but its all the other **** under there that's still stock and from 1989 :bigeek: that I'm worried about. Like I said if I even get the car running again I will more than likely go out at least once to give it a whirl but I dunno if I can even swing getting the car out this year.

I didn't know it didn't run but if you get it running just take it over to r/t and have pat check it out.

Yeah it's a wiring nightmare along with some other little gremlins that are being sorted out. It's in a shop now just a lack of funds because of being in school for the past 2 years without a good income and owning a house has slowed me down some

First time last month at summit point, getting the hang of it. I'll be at the clubloose event at NJMP - anyone else going?

As soon as my car is running and I have the funds for an event, I'll be there. (probably mid may) I don't care if I crash, blow my motor, flip into the stands or whatever I'm gonna enter fast and repaint that ****ing wall with testosterone

All I know is after seeing the 1 240sx there last year I'm definitely gonna be taking my car there if I knew it was such a lax inspection last year I would have just got her towed up there. But I know Matt wants to do it more than once a year so im hoping he works out a couple drift days there since im only 15 minutes away.

I thought about trying it just to be mroe comfortable when my car starts to get sideway on the race track. I entered the bus stop turn at Watkins Glen sideways last year and saved it without any issue, but I'd like to know more about how the car behaves when I untentionally get it much more sideways than I intended to.

I'm still undecided about this, I never driven on any track whether it was auto-x, drag or even a parking lot for events. everything has always been street. But a few friends of mine in the past have made our own "tracks" to run time trials and such on.

just do it. Street and track aren't any different they're both tarmac with something on either side that you should avoid. In this case it's just grass not pedestrians/parked cars/buildings

Dont drift on the street. Police men get really mad

JST2KWIK
04-25-2011, 10:37 PM
But, police men only have crown vics and Impalas which can be outrun with bigwheels and some creativity. On a serious note, I can't wait to drift club loose and tandem with gmfwd only to PIT him into the wall. He's a ******
