White STi on Old Jacksonville Turning onto Sackettsford Rd

I passed a White STi, hawkeye I believe, turning onto Sackettsford Rd. It looked stock but I only got a quick glimpse. I'm curious who was in my neck of the woods:-p

yeah i have black wheels. two red mud flaps up front? i ripped the back ones off haha
