dark blue evo 8/9 on neshaminey blvd.

Spotted a dark blue evo 8 or 9 pulling out of a garage on neshaminey/pasqulane blvd. Today around 3:45 pm, wingless CF trunk, tinted tails, and black rims. I tried to get a better look but people kept getting infront of me. Turned into rt1 towards philly.
