get any kind of computer certificate and most validation companies will hire you in a minute. i dont even have any computer background, i just got lucky. but this is definitely the highest paid/no work job i could find! the only problem is the traveling, but fortunately we get reimbursed for mileage. (thats the money that goes to you for installs)

shouldnt he have been more worried about finding people committing worse crimes than chasing a dirtbike that was...on dirt...? instead he gets his car stuck on railroad tracks so that if someone does get robbed/raped/killed and he's the closest car he wont be able to do anything about it...he seemed pretty smart just talking about his sandwhich in the beginning and how all he does all day is sit in his car haha.
