Should be bike path rage, and its most likely related to lack of circulation due to those tight clothes.

The VW video is just weird to watch and whoever did that should be sentenced to death.
On the other hand the ford has some good articulation for a stock truck.
There really needs to be harsher laws for motorist that hit bicycles and motorcycles.
Something like that deserves a bullet between the eyes.

While I agree, there also needs to be an accompanying strict investigation. Now I am not saying all motorcycle riders do this, but there have been too many times I see them doing dumb **** such as wheelies on the highway, riding down the emergency lane in traffic, and racing. Like I said, I know these people are the exceptions, but these are also the people who are more likely to be involved in an accident.

I do agree that there are a few people that act stupid on motorcycles (I was once passed on Route 22 by a motorcyclist. I was going 80... be flew past me doing a wheelie. I was amazed by the stupidity. Hopefully that person learned how to be responsible before his luck ran out (shorts, t-shirt and no helmet...).
I was saying this if the person in the car/van/etc was found responsible for the accident. Ask Xavier how he's doing after his accident (quick link (http://www.tristatetuners.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1929041&postcount=27))
Too many people are clueless when driving these days. The guy in the VW that ran over those bicyclist -- there is no need for that. That person has no respect for human life. The person isn't even worth the air they breath.

I apologize for going off topic, but I could use an answer for this.
If you're on a motorcycle is it legal to weave in and out of slow moving ~20mph traffic on the highway? I don't think it is, but every goon on a bike I see does it and they have absolutely no regard for the people driving cars. It's not hard at all to see or hear a bike coming, but if the idiot on the bike is acting like a fool, it's not hard to get himself killed and make the driver look like it was their fault.
Just my thoughts. I respect bike drivers who drive safely.

Lane sharing is illegal in most states. It's also illegal to pass on the right... so I would have to say its fairly illegal. I would never weave in and out of traffic. I would rather just get off the highway and take a different road home than weave between cars.

Incase nobody noticed, the Guy in the VW was caught, he claimed he was being harassed and threatened by some bicyclists, so in fear for his and his teenaged son he gunned it and mowed down all those people. He claimed he would co-operate with the investigation.

All I know is if I truely thought my family was in danger, I would run down school children getting off the bus to get away without thinking twice about it.

No way should he have run over all those people, however, I don't know the situation. If he really was being threatened and feared for his life, i understand and feel less disgusted. None of those people in that group looked like they were the type to threaten motorists and assault vehicles, and the occupants.

When you are in a car you hate pedestrians and cyclists. When you are a pedestrian, you hate cyclists and cars.
At all times cyclists are hated. Im sorry but thats the truth.
Looking at the road those cyclists were NOT in the bicycle lane and the car had the right of way...... They wanted to make a commotion and stop traffic and the guy in the VW replied, "OH NO YOU WON'T"
Im a cyclist, I ride in the city all the time. I weave in and out of traffic, go down non bike routes. If I get hit it sure as hell is my fault even tho the car must "yield" to a pedestrian. I use that law to my advantage and at almost all times if I ever get hit, I will win whatever case against the driver.

Yes, people deserved to be seriously injured and/or killed because they were riding their bicycle.
The fact is that bicycles aren't allowed to ride on sidewalks so they must use the street. Therefor, they must share the road with cars. Critical Mass is a large gathering of bicyclist that ride. Its a gray area, but if there are thousands of motorcyclist, the car must yield to them. Would I be annoyed if I were in a car? Damn yes I would be pissed. Would I move if I were a cyclist? Yes. However, I'd find a way around them... not just plow through them.
I feel bad for you. You say such a heartless thing and fail to imagine what it would be like if it were you or a family member of yours were on the bicycle. Its people like you that have no regard to human life and that give people on two wheels the fear of riding.

If it were someone I knew who was hit would I feel bad? Yes. Would my opinion change? No. People think they can get away with whatever they want these days. They thought they could bully all those cars and get away with nothing more then a possible slap on the wrist. Well they were wrong for once out of a thousand times. someone stood up and said **** you cyclists and gave them a shot in the nose. I still applaud mr. Neif for not letting some strong arm douchebags cowering behind some BS traffic regulations ruin his commute.

They weren't bullying any cars. It wasn't like the bicyclist were a group of ravaged beast carrying pitchforks and chainsaws terrorizing everyone. I don't think anyone is stupid enough to play chicken with a metal object that was ten times as much as they do.
Yes, running multiple people over from behind at a high speed is the RIGHT thing to do. There were NO other options for the person the vehicle so he had NO other choice. God forbid he called the local police department and file a complaint about blocking traffic or finding an alternative way around them. One day you'll learn how to respect a fellow human being and learn that life is more important than trying to get home as quickly as possible. Taking the law into your own hands is NOT the right thing to do -- especially when an action done DOESN'T break laws and is only an inconvenience.
Oh, I'm sure if your child or wife was a person that was injured, your thoughts would drastically change. What this guy did was attempted murder. He purposely ran down pedestrians.
Honestly dude, get real. You need a reality check. I really shouldn't be shocked there are such ignorant, pea-sized brain orangutans in this world behind the wheel of a vehicle, but I am. I honestly tried to have an intellectual, intelligent conversation but who knew you would turn out to be Bill O'Riellys brother.
Oh, you're also the first person my ignore list. Congrats.

I would have rolled my window down and asked nicely If i could get through. if they didn't let me then they're purposely blocking traffic and I would have forced myself through at a low speed. At that point they should get out of my way if they don't want to get hurt.
Was going at it at high speed smart? no not at all, Maybe this will give some people a second thought about doing it though.

well mr. R22B it seems a rebuttal is useless seeing as im now blocked, however ill voice one regardless. What those cyclist were doing was/is Illegal according to the information i've seen online. Honestly however I couldn't care must less about that aspect of it. The fact remains these people were creating this problem to motorists with malice and intent. They saw it as a way to make a name for themselves or make themselves heard. All at the cost of the innocent motorist.
They did this because they thought they the worst thing that would come to them was perhaps a citation. They had no problem causing this harm because they had no fear of or remorse for the people inconvenienced. Like a deranged child taunting a large dog on a leash because he's starving for attention. Play with fire and sooner or later you're going to get burned, although it always seem like later at this day and age.
The rest of your statement im going to leave unanswered because im not married and have no kids,.. so i dont like to speculate as if i did. but i will say this...

There need to be harsher laws for bicyclist that don't obey traffic laws. I couldn't tell you how many times I've seen a bicyclist completely blow a red light or stop sign at a busy intersection. Once I was turning right at a stop sign and some Lance Armstrong wannabe blew right by me on my right and went straight through the intersection. I had my right turn signal on and everything, luckily for him I waited because I thought he might blow the stop sign.

^ That sounds annoying.
Once i was in my car and came to a stop sign the same time as 2 bicyclists, they stopped and yelled go ahead so, i made my turn only to hear a lovely "F*ck you!" I was pretty confused but said forget it and went on dropping off my friend. on the way to my house, guess who, same bicyclists, so they got a nice close, full boost, open wastegate, fly by from me. This time all I heard was "Woooaaahhhhhh!"
