Again, the other thread got too confusing, so lets start over. Please confirm your attendance in the other thread and sign up to bring something here. If you sign up to bring something please do not flake out... we need everything on this list to be there the day of the meet.
I threw out some numbers as guides so everyone knows how much to get. Its tough to guess, but I'd want to plan for 50+ cars, 75+ people...

1 person - Cups (100 total) teh DIRT
1 person - Plates (100 total) teh DIRT / the mike
1 person - Paper Towels/Napkin (100 total) teh DIRT
1 person - Plastic Silverware (100 total) the mike
1 person - Charcoal/Lighter Fluid/Matches (~3 grill's worth) SmokeyBandit
2 people - Coolers with Ice (for meat, drinks, etc.) (>4 total) TROLL / karl
1 person - Trash Bags LSHatch / naSTi

1 person - Potato/Macaroni salads SesolcSTi
2 people - Chips/Pretzels (>8 bags total) TrboChicsRock / LSHatch / SesolcSTi
2 people - Soda, Iced Tea (>15 bottles total) TrboChicsRock / Matthew (sittin in a tree... k-i-s-s-i-n-g)
1 person - Spring Water WarriorConsultants

2 people - Hamburgers (>30 total) karl / jrtalon
2 people - Hot Dogs (>30 total) stephasaurusREX / smoger
2 people - Chicken
1 person - Cheese STiChris
1 person - BBQ Sauce SilverTurboRidin
1 person - Ketchup, Mustard, Relish (>2 of each?) naSTi
1 person - Buns for Hot Dogs (>30 total) the mike

yeah lets hope the weather works with us this time. and dont COMMIT to bringing something if you arent sure if you're coming... come on now, common sense. make sure that if you sign up for something that you'll be there with it at a reasonable time on saturday.

BBQ chicken is also good. Cheap, too. If we don't have anyone cooking, I will be happy to take care of it, or share responsibilities.

good idea chris... were you volunteering to bring some or just to cook it? bbq sauce or seasoning should go along with the chicken as well...

I was offering to cook whatever is necessary. Add chicken and bbq sauce to the list. If no one else is willing to get it, I will pick it up.

i was thinking that some people would eat hot dogs and some would eat chicken... but i dunno. i'm not going to tell anyone not to bring extra, just dont want there to be 4x as much food as we really needed.
i just looked and we still do need at least one more person to bring burgers... so i'm gonna put you on the list for that. just post back here to confirm.
