2000 A6 Avant 2.8?....how many miles? Granted, these cars have lots of bells-n-whistles that are prone to failure, but if the TB/WP have been done and its not leaking or creaking...drive it & be happy.

She should probably take it to an Audi specialist for an unbiased evaluation to avoid potential disappointment down the road.

...not on an 'AHA' 30v 2.8(which this car has)...centralized coil w/ign leads. Quite possibly the saving grace to this motor.

Not a bad car. I would second the recommendation of having someone check it over that is familiar with them. If you keep up with the maintenance and things that go bad it shouldn't give too much trouble.

Well her "new" to her car didn't last long. Her BF :roll: crashed it and needs a new front bumper and left fog light assembly.
