Runs look good.

Be careful though, last year around this time is when that Mustang broke traction, rolled, and slid down the track at Atco on its roof.

That track has some slick spots when its cold.

Thanks man. Yeah track prep wasn't its greatest. I still cut a 1.707 60ft. But I was spinning off the line also. Hopefully it'll get better soon. Want a 1.6 60ft

Well it was cold as anything so that's probably why you were spinning too. Sometimes it's almost worth not even going when it's this cold out.

I agree to cold to be out there racing at the track. Can't wait for it to warm up!

I agree...track prep wasn't its greatest. 8 inch slicks helps for the traction problems

When the mustang flipped they just finished preping the track, thats why he launched so hard.

Problem was as soon as he left the prepped area past the 60 ft mark he broke traction, and at that speed he couldn't recover.

With the power you are making you can easily break traction there.

Do you have the attessa eliminated?

track looked like it was hooking good to me?!?!?!

Also, fuzion, they redid the entire track! They claim it's a LOT better all of the way down compared to last year, time will tell.

Track prep isnt the greatest there. I yousta work at Atco in the off season for people who rented the track. It was just for the yar since I was a volunteer EMT and they needed some1 to run the track. BUt even during the rental days it wasnt prepped well. the launchpad was sprayed down with some gooey crap and the first 1/8 mile was cleared of any debris.

As for test and tune nights....forget about running any decent times unless ur there at 10am.

lol

The "gooey" stuff is VHT, and at every track rental I have ever attended (6 with my car, and about 5 others without my car), the track prep was absolute TOP NOTCH. And test and tune nights suck unless you can get them to move the cones so that you can run in the groove.

the burnout box is def smoother and the 1/8th looks a lot better. they also redid after the traps, made it more level. now if they could just get thos bulbs fixed on the boards .....

yeah they do prep the track crazy at track rentals.....that vht stuff almost made me flip the hell over on my bike lmfao. oh and "the groove" is pretty much gone now pretty much flat
