My dealer didn't care about the TBE, UTEC, and intake. Now it goes in with FMIC. They want me to buy a legacy STi!!

Saturn won't void your warranty unless they can prove the part you modified is what caused the problem.
Of course, my 4/40 warranty has been gone for awhile now...

I once took my car in for service when I grenaded my radiator on an autocross course. It had '9 GS' in huge letters on either back window. They definitely wouldn't have done it under warranty if I still had one. The tech looked at me and kinda grinned

All car manufacturers legally cannot deny a warantee claim because of mods unless the mods directly contributed to the part failure.
Subaru has been known to deny warantee claims based on abuse. You do not need mods to be denied a claim based on abuse.

I know this is true. I used to work in a Subaru service department.

Just go in and become really, really good friends with your dealerships service manager and advisors. The only things that the dealership needs approval to warrenty through Subaru are engines and paint. I couldn't tell you how many times we covered things under warrenty that should not have been just because they knew someone at the dealership.
