Hey guys, just picked up some new wheels for the summer....A little more agressive than I would want, I originally was gonna go for a clean alloy look, like BBS CH or BBS LM....went with a satin finish SSR GT3 wrapped in Pirelli Pzero Rossos....19x10 with 275/30/19 in the rear and 19x8.5 245/35/19 up front.

Cool, good choice! I can't imagine spinning those rears up. ****, it's the equivalent of a nice dinner every time you chirp em, $$ wise.

thanks guys....I like them so far...but now realize that I need a drop...I don't have the cash for coilovers at the moment, so may just have to install Tein S-tech springs that I have, because right now i'm going 4x4 style.

They look awsome John. Did you have them on when I beeped at you near the mall the other day.

Oh yeah, you're SOOO tall.

I think every BMW is lower than most cars stock. A basic 318 is probably lower than my EVO.
Setup looks hot.

Very nice! There is a guy down the street from me running the same wheels on his E46 M3 Cabrio.

haha, a rematch would be cool...I take the train pretty much every day...but not always the R3...I take the R5 sometimes because its much closer to my house, but I can't bear the 1:10 minute ride....also, the trains run like every other hour, and I have to haul ass to catch the train after my last class....just easier for me to take the R3 sometimes ;) See you around..

Sounds like a Deal Man. I'm going to guess you go to Drexel then. I hear ya about hauling ass after the last class. Friday class ends at 6:30 and train comes 6:34. Not about to wait till 7:20 for the next train on a friday
