I was thinking about getting the Cusco OS aluminum front strut tower bar and the Perrin adjustable rear sway bar for the auto-x season. Does anyone have either of these that could provide me with their opinions, whether good or bad? Or maybe some opinions on similarly priced parts? Thanks in advance for the help.

Me and matt(sincere) are looking into sways probably the perrin seems like alot of people on nasioc and clubwrx like them. As for the front brace i have a sti replica one and it is great if you can pick up the h brace too.

I have a Perrin rear sway bar and am completely satisfied. Definitely the most cose effective suspension mod available for any Impreza.

Definitely get the rear sway, even some rear endlinks along with that. I dont know that i would spend money on a strut bar......you really wont feel too much, if anything with that. More of a bling factor. Just my .02.

Totally agree on all accounts. The rear strut does a little something but nothing really that noticeable... the front is pretty much for bling.
I have a buddy that just moved from an '02 WRX Sedan to a 9-2X and he's used the perrin rear swaybar on both. Had the chance to drive both cars at both settings and they really make a huge difference. He kept them both on the softer setting after a while cause it's a little better for daily driving, but real easy to switch in between.
I've got a set of Cobb's front and rear myself and they are almost a bit too much for the crappy, run-down roads near me.
And definitely get the endlinks, easy to install since you'll be under there anyway.

thanks for all the info guys, i appreciate it. subwrxkid, im already buying the sti replicas off troll, but thanks for the offer. i decided to go with the sti replicas front and rear strut bars (since troll is giving me a good deal) and the perrin rear sway with endlinks.

Def get a rear sway bar and endlinks...The front strut bar helps but will help a lot more with a front sway bar. I'd suggest gettin front and rear sways and rear endlinks, then get the front strut bars. But if your gettin a good deal on the strut bars get em now lol. I just put a helix front sway on with steering rack bushings. for me, the steering on the car felt better improved then when i did the rear sway bar.
