Looks like the paint scheme from the Super Sport (1200 hp!!!) version, minus the yellow roof. They just came out not too long ago, the other color scheme I've seen was this one (Orange and Black):

The Super Sport's paint scheme has as much in common (more actually) with the picture in my avatar as it does to the Veyron posted by the OP.
