Cobra chasing WRX on 309

It was newer, like 09 or 10. Vented hood with the dual exhaust, from what I could tell it looked stock. Car was a dark gray or black

I hate getting involved in these types of threads, and I'm sure someone will mention that it's because I own one, that I am posting what I'm about to but oh well.

I like how some people jump on the whole "how does it feel to have the big v8 lose to a 4 banger?". If the cobra was indeed an 03/04 and as stated above, the suby was stock, then I'm sorry but it's not going to keep up with a terminator, unless the driver really had absolutely no idea what he was doing.

Besides that though, if this thread turns into a street racing thread, I'm sure it will get locked.

Its a 2001 so its not supercharged it just has an 03-04 front end.

The main difference from 99 to 01 is the rear bumber says mustang, where as the 01 has cobra in it.

In 2000 the only cobra made was the cobra R. They only made 300 of them and the did not even have the 4.6 motor you speak of they had a 5.4l. The motor you are talking about was the motor used in the 99/01 cobra and the 03-04 Mach 1. Not in 2000.
