White Evo 8/9 with carbon hood, black housing headlights, looked like full kit or at least front bumper. Just outside of Topton on Old Topton Rd about 12:30pm today. There was a dark maroon TC behind it.
I was riding my bike so didn't get a great look at it, but looked mean as it was coming towards me (on the other side of the road of course).
