Black VW R32 MKIV HPF Turbo??

I saw this black r32 with a huge grey HPF (horsepowerfreaks) decal on the side of the car on, Broad st. in Lansdale. Anyone know know the car?

ive seen it around. i dunno whats done. HPF makes alot of parts for those cars. ive seen him on 202 and cnty line rd.

Oh ok I am not familiar w/ the company, just knew they made some real fast turbo M3s. I didn't hear a turbo or anything just that great exhaust note.
