I had a headlight out, and I have DRLs, when I was on my way back from Autozone with a new headlight. It was around noon on a sunny day and a cop pulled me over for a blown headlight. Is this a legit ticket during the day since DRLs are not a manditory feature on cars? I didn't actually get a ticket but I am assuming because I showed him the bulb I just purchased.
