Based off of the mike's post, I wanted to ask about something I read a while back. I was told that different types of radars and different conditions make them more or less accurate.
For example, a stationary radar in a parked car on a clear day is going to be most accurate. If the weather isnt clear, it wont be as accurate, and the same goes for if the radar is handheld, or the car is moving. Things of that sort...
Or maybe what it said is it is easier to argue in court that its not as accurate under those circumstances...
