"Hybrid" 240sx

Current Tyler Inc Project Car
Bought a pig nose 240sx rolling chassis. Dropped the motor and trans out of my 92 foxbody 5.0 to install into the 240.

Done:
Comp Cam Rocker Arms
Double Roller Timing Chain.
Refreshed all Bearing (crank, rod, etc.)
Custom Motor and Trans Mounts
Converted Motor to Carb for less wiring in engine bay.
MSD 6AL ignition
MSD Billet Distributor
8 Pt Roll Cage

To Do:
Run Radiator/Coolant Hoses
Custom Exhaust
Cut Driveshaft
Paint
Run Power Steering, Hydraulic Clutch Lines

plus any other b.s. that i run into.

saw a 5.0 swapped 240 at the oaks meet, owned by an older gentleman, it was a stock 5.0 but he had future plans for it. was definatly a surprise

im keeping it flat black with everything body wise stock. should be a fun sleeper.

for now stock 5 speed. i want to get into drifting with it so im gonna worry about changing out the open rear for a vlsd then worry about the trans

Good choice..... the 302 is the easiest V8 swap to pull off in a 240. And dont mind Jspec

Ford Explorer mounts? The 90's V8 explorer mounts bolt right in.

I found out the explorer mounts work after I made mine then I decided to keep the mounts I made cause it let's me keep the motor low enough to keep the stock hood on it with a decent size carb. Eventually I want to do an eaton supercharger.
