MAP Rally Team's 2.5RS Rally Car -> RWD RallyCross Build

Who: MAP Rally Team. www.MAP-Rally.com (http://www.map-rally.com/)

What: RallyCar's new RallyCross series round 3. Doing a RWD on my Open Light Subaru 2.5RS rally car. All on a college student budget.

Why: Because there are only 2 classes- 4wd and 2wd. Doing a RWD conversion in hopes of doing better in the 2wd class, rather than be demolished by the 600hp AWD monsters. Why RWD? Because its awesome.

When/ Where: November 6-7th at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.


Mdunphy Media will be documenting the entire process (from the highs and lows) of the build process to race weekend.

Race weekend is over! The car held up, we had a great weekend, and even won a few heats! Car has some damage, and is going to need a thorough check over, but hey its racing. Episodes 3+ video coverage with several Gopro angles coming soon.
