I have a 3 minute video and want to isolate about a 20 clip out of the video. How would I go about doing that, what software would be the best to use? I have no experience in doing this and this would be my first ever attempt at doing this, so any help is greatly appreciated.

If you have a newer computer you should have Windows Movie Maker. Taking if off the camcorder you will need a firewire or IE1339 (something along the #s of that) wire. During editing WMM usually self-explanatory.

Its already on the computer, just want to isolate a small clip. I'll try the WMM. Thanks
