silver with carbon hood bugeye wrx

Spotted on jacksonville rd: a silver bugeye wrx with a carbon fiber hood and a front liscence plate that said DEWD on it. Also had silver wheels but didnt really look at them hard.
Figured with the amount of subarus on here someone probably knows this guy or seen him.
