My day sucks!

I hate my goddamn job. I take sh*t all day long and dont even get paid nearly what I should. Our sales goals are obnoxious. Even if I manage to hit them, I dont get paid sh*t, due to the new compensation plan. Basically, I just took a HUGE (and I mean HUGE) pay cut in Jan. The only way for me to make what I was making before is to bust my ass every ***king day! And with the new goal structure, you cant just hit 100% of your goal and get paid tons like I was before. Now, I have to hit AT LEAST 140- 150% of the goal to make what I was making before. Because if I just do 100% of the goal, I'll get like $1000- after I just made my company $30,000. :furious:
My company has been laying off ppl left and right, all the while reducing ways for us to make money. We are now down to just our commission and base salary. To top it all off, I have a funny feeling that our goals will be increasing at the end of the month!!

And to make today even better, I just got out of a 3 hour conference call that consisted of nothing but my ass getting chewed out by pissed off customers!
I need to find another job.
