Hey Guys. We have been doing a few Jackson Superchargers on Civic SI lately with Hondata flashpro and wanted to share the results.
These cars are pretty cool from the gate but with these added parts we were blown away with the end result. Now keep in mind this isnt some dyno graph with numbers that will melt your brain. But the drive-ability and civility of the car is amazing, with enough power to turn it into a street weapon. Currently we are researching smaller pulley options to make even more power.
Anyway here is the dyno chart,

You can see how linear the powerband is. This helps with keeping the wheels planted to put the power to the ground.
We will be putting up a special package price shortly to get these out on the street. We really think this is a great option for forced induction on these guys.
Stay Tuned for more!
Matt

The numbers look good but why is the torque that low. I would think it would be over 200wtq.

Its a jrsc stage 1 or 2 im guessing and the tq is that low prolly because he is running a 3 inch

at least its a flat torque curve :|
seriously, needs more torque. should have gone with a 2.5" then.

Yea or a 2.7 70mm

yea...smaller exhaust would bring that torque up a lil ...but torque is low with all those jackson racing superchargers, but they pull so smooth and consistent..
..
i doubt a smaller exhaust would help, the k series is more than capable to push enough air through a 3" exhaust on it's own. a 2.5 wouldn't do much but choke the top end. there's a bunch of dyno graphs on k20a.org that show this. that's a really nice powerband as it is.
JRSC's are on their way out though...the kraftwerks/rotrex kit is 10 times better.

^^ the torque would be a lil better down low but thats it...also im a dealer and i love the kraftwerks stuff but they have been so slow on the release/availability of the civic si supercharger kit. We are workin with kraftwrks on a custom kraftwerks supercharger K20z3 with stage 2 cams in an ek within the next few weeks... Kraftwerks is pretty excited for the feed back on that so we will post those results too..

Does that ek happen to be white?

i'd love to see that, i wanted to put a rotrex in my EK with a k20a2 before i sold it, and then i wanted to rotrex a k24 and put it in my ep3...but decided not to do either.
nevertheless i can't wait to see the results of your EK.

Rotrex are wayyyy better then the roots style blowers jackson has made in the past. My buddy has a kraftwerks kit on his K20A2 swapped fit..... it's nasty!!!
