Spotted White Evo

I saw a white evo at the light on Rt100 going south around 1:45ish heading towards UTI. had a new jersey license plate and like greenish rims.. (looked like stock rims just paited light green) also looked lowered.. anyone here?

I think i saw this Evo about 2 days ago on R1. where it crosses 476, i was gonna post it myself but u got to it first. clean lookin car too
