There are too many people over there anyway. A few dead here and there isn't necessarly a bad thing. Can you say population control?!!?

There was recently a separate incident over there where a wheel loader operator in a quarry got drunk and went on a rampage through town. 11 or 13 dead.......... Crazy stuff.
