not too bad, used a piece of plywood and screwed two ramps together, loosened the forks, pulled them all teh way down, so the front end had room and we walked it back off. took 3 of us to keep it under control the front end was so ****ed and sloppy it wanted to fall and go in every direction but strait

gutted the thermostat, installed the 2 new sprockets, installed the clutch, speed sensor etc, bled the clutch, bled the front brakes, bled the rear brakes, and installed the chain, i need a chain riveter or i will just buy a clip in master link for the damn thing lol.

ok, couldnt sleep after working on coreys truck all night, got up, went to the garage...

used the 10 dollar harbor freight chain rivet tool, and it ****ing worked great, i would recommend it to anyone, you have to have some patience to get everything in the way you want, and then get it done. so after that i adjusted the chain. going to raise the back end of the bike a tiny bit on teh links, one or two more, till i can cut up the box on the back of the swingarm and etc.

filled the bike with water, installed the shift linkage rearset and bent back all the stock parts for the shift linkage and got it all working great actually hahha. re-ran all the wiring in the front end, used teh factory zip ties and etc. mounted the front end fuse box. gutted the stock air box to the Big airbox mod. threw filter in the garbage, mounted the stock tank, connected all the fuel lines etc.

fitted the stock overflow tank, filled the front tire with air (it looses air somehow) im sure i did some other small things im forgetting...

not sure what i will do bodywork or color yet.

fired it up today, the switch i made instead of the key, actually burned out, took me a while of playing with the wires to figure it out. threw on another switch and wham she turns on and comes to life no problem.

fired it up and did a nice burnout, neighboor came out and cheered me on. lol

needs a tune bad though, all the breather mods the bike is lean and stalls out after the burnout and after a hard throttle blip.

so next on the list is trim more of the rear plastics, get the front of the tank fixed so i can bolt it down, and fix teh front tire and rim because it leaks somewhere.

i cut more of the ass end of the bike off so the tire doesn rub, fired it up and rode it up and down the driveway today, bike sounds awesome it feels great to ride it, i wanna get new pegs on it, and the front wheel sorted out. (leaky tire, or broken rim? bent rim?) then i gotta put new brake pads on the front they feel ****ty, and remove the other rotor,

then i need to make a support bracket for the rear caliper

my dad is going to hammer the balls out of the tank in an effort to make it low profile for racing, and then we have to fix the front tabs so i can bolt it down.

i would love to race it this weekend.

pinned in 5 more pins into the harness, and viola, live data reading, and ECU flashing.

removed the top speed limiter, extended the redline to 11,600 and flashed it so that the IAT would stay at 66deg for tuning

you can really see where how i said the 60ft totally surprised me.

to my surprise i actually yanked the tire at only 2000rpm there, and you can tell how i was barely on the gas because it yanked tire, and totally fell on its face till i opened the throttle hahah

i cut a 1.57 even botching that launch a little and a .020 light
he cut a 1.55 and a worse reaction time of .0430

so he actually did out 60ft me, but not by much, and he ****in better have with that 2step and bars!

little more practice i should be in the 1.4x range and low 9s on motor

the juice will carry me the rest of the way

loaded her up on motor, and layed down 140hp, i was able to straiten the bike out and make another 11hp totaling 151on motor. the race gas actually made the bike richer than the pumpgas i was running.

ended up with a 13.2 AFR and 34deg of timing in the motor.

i ended up using a 12.5-13.0 AFR and 32deg of timing to make 170 hp to the tire with a 24 nitrous jet in my dry bar.

tire was getting so boogery it was throwing rubber in the dyno bay, youll see on the video it hits me and the dude in the back of the head and arms haha

same 12.5-13.0 afr wide open, a little fatter on the hit to be safe, and 30 deg of timing made 200.xx to the tire.

whats most amazing is my power curve holds power flat at 200hp from 9-11k on the dyno, pretty awesome for a 1200cc bike.

all in all i am extremely happy with picking up more power on motor when i was already trapping low 140mph range.
and the increase of 50hp is pretty retarded, going to take alot of getting used to, and a better tire.

the owner at JD Cycleworks (http://www.jdscycleworks.com) is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable and was the only tuner in the tristate area with a bike dyno that would let me tune my own god damned bike lol

bike sounds so amazing on nitrous that on motor it sounds like a turd haha
