It is a 4-channel, but can be wired for 3 or 2 speakers. The front pair has a high pass crossover & the rear pair has either a low pass or a high pass. With adjustable crossover frequency 50 ~ 200Hz. I'm also including my Rockford Fosgate wiring kit. Including two sets of RCA cables, a power lead with 40A fuse & a ground lead. I can also provide a competition grade line-output converter for low level inputs. It is used, but in great shape. I have the box and owners manual. I stopped carrying a subwoofer, since I only use the car for autocross, so I don't really need this anymore. MSRP - $360, Asking - $180.
