whats up guys, ive had my s14 for a little over a year now, i plan on drifting soon, but dont have the money to get my car to that point this season, so im definitely hoping for next season. well heres the pics, its a 96 base model

bought the car on march 7th 2009, without a motor, but seller gave me auto ka, so i took what i could with the money i had, car was clean as could be, no rust anywhere, also came on megan racing lowering springs

- march 21st i put in tein tie rods due to my drivers side one being bent

- june 2nd, gave my car a lil flavor and paint the stockers flat black
- june 8th, put on 3in ebay catback

- december 23rd? somewhat around a week before new years hit a curb with the car, bent both my rear and front pass side lower control arms, bent and cracksed bother pass side wheels, a few other suspension arms were bent so i ordered parts and this is what the car looks like now .....before and after

ziptied my lip back together and put it back on, its not all there but w.e .. i dont mind

sometime before street wars a few days after i lowered the car, my exhasut got ripped off, so im running half an exhaust .. lol, about a week after streetwars, half of my lip got ripped off somewhere in keansburg on 36 .. so i took it off, pruchased 2 wheels and this is where the car stands now

thanks for looking guys ... not much is going to go on anymore, maybe get the wheels painted and tires and get those put on (size - 18x9.5 +20) im saving to pay off some credit card debt and then saving for my swap, then the fun begins =P ... i do regret most of the thing done to the car, but i look at it everyday and am very happy with it, but i always think where it would b if i never bought anything :roll: ... w.e .. lol

I ****ed up my first wrx the same way you did your s14. I was "pretending" to drift in the rain, slammed into a curb, cracked both my wheels on the passenger side, bent the rear strut, control arms in the front and rear, it was bad, haha, so I feel your pain there. Love the the car BTW.

yea dude, same happened with mine, but i didnt bend the strut, and i honestly wasnt pretending to drift, was icey out, and i was delievering pizzas .. so there was no way i even wanted to try .. lol .. gotta make tht money, but thank u =]

its been over a year since i last was in this thread, the car has had a few changes, the motor has went in, and out, and another 1jz has went in, lol ... all good now, fitted with kit, looks good, not great, next is paint and cage .. cant wait =]

thanks man, the process was longgg, i didnt do either of the 2 swaps, im too lazy, and didnt have nearly enough tools, or space, so my buddy did the first in his backyard, took about 2 months, would have taken 3 weeks but i was short on money so we had to wait on parts =\ ... second swap took less than a week, just replaced motors, then had to re-do all the wiring, but in the end im very happy even with going through it twice, now i have a spare motor as a back-up or to build, and even though its stock, it pulls HARDDDD

Ok, I'm just trying to get as much feedback as possible about various setups. I'm at the stage now with my car where I am either going to freshen up the sr and add a bigger turbo, or swap in an inline 6. Both will be pricey which is why I'm not sure which route to go.

no, i got the 2 works for a really good price, but the guy only had 2, and i was going to get a bigger pair for a staggared setup, but i have had other things to worry about, im actually going with a different wheel setup in general .. just need to fix some other things first
