Saturday Meet in Mahwah, NJ w/modding fun!

Hey guys I am kinda of a Nooby to the TST. But I have faith soon TST will be hudge soon. Well, as large as the tristate area.

Bryan came to one of my first meets. And i asked him before i posted this up.

I do this for fun. As long as people act smart when they come over and dont kill themselves thats fine. I always have some techs come over for electronics and preformance. So if you have a question or advice they are their to help.

I dont charge anything. I do this for fun. I have a Garage lift. So if you have a TBE, Sways, ect... It helps a lil.

So then The Details:

Well I'll call this one a MEET AND GREET TST!

This Weekend SATURDAY Febuary 4th 2006 around noon

You and your Suby or any other car is okay as well as me and mine! Gf's are invited. AS well as Gf's friends. :D

What else to do: Hang out; Go for a drive on rt 202. Talk about cars and junk.

For food a Pizza joint called Jp's Pizza on Mcarther Blvd. in Mahwah, NJ. We either order or head up there.

lol yeah i have had people drive from Boston, Deleware, Philly, and one came for the weekend from DC.

It's always a fun time. Perfect for the peepes who wanna figure out how to do an uppipe!

if anyone is in the local area (levittown, yardley, bristol, trenton, hamilton, ewing, etc.) this isn't a super long trip. You can pick up rt 29 down to Lambertville to rt129, hop on 202 north, then hit 287north and this will take you directly to mahwah. You can also take the NJ turnpike down to the end and cut across the state west a bit. The ride up 202 is my preferred method because a) it's like business route 1 without as many lights b) you can stop if you need to piss, need gas, or want a snack c) after you get onto 202north, it's not HUGELY policed like the turnpike sometimes is. But there ARE state troopers who hang out once and a while. Traffic is also lighter than the turnpike 90% of the time. My ex goes to Ramapo which is on 202 in mahwah and my dad lives off of 287 in basking ridge so i've driven both routes MANY times. 202 to 287 is usually a lot easier. Just be warned, the roads are a bit rougher. :)

sounds like a good time, wish i could make it. maybe another time! i go to meets @ palisades mall a lot with hondahookup kids so im up there a lot.

Hey Maybe i will show up. I work for an accounting firm and we are auditing Footstar on McArthur, you prob know of it. Unfortunatly if i go i cant bring my car, in the shop getting fixed (little fender bender) Ill let you know when friday rolls around

I am ditching my vf 34 setup, but I got fp-18g, element tuning external waste gate setup, turbosmart ultra gate, smc alky kit, modded stocks, nx ntercooler chiller, tgv deletes, and exedy clutch and flywheel. When this blows, Im going built 2.5, ppg dogbox, and perrin rotated gt35r, well if I dont buy an evo instead lol.

Nice taste. 18g is a nice set up. But the Perrin Rotated Gt35 is def another class up.
#1 is where do you get your parts. Curious to compare notes.
#2 At that point buy a porsche. An evo would slow you down.
#3 look foward to seeing ya car and meeting ya.

lol yea. I just love evo's, I feel they are much more superior to wrx's. I hope that my new setup will do 11's on race gas, what you think? If not it is definately getting parted out for an evo lol. I look forward to meeting you also, are you going to any shows this season or any meets in particular?

depends on your driving/transmission...

I don't see alot of fp18g's going 11's...i'd say more like mid 12's

but since you have the smc kit...you can run the boost pretty high...why have race gas when you can use the alky kit? (i'd rather make some nice repeatable #'s that i can run on the street....than throw some race gas in to see...the full potential)

which fp18G did you get the modded 16G or the real 18G ($1000+)
