I know it depends on the Officer and the situation, but say you have no previous points on your record are you more likely to slide and receive a non moving violation ticket if you get pulled over for speeding or something else.
Thanks

When your license is run through PCIC and NCIC during a traffic stop there is no way for an officer to tell if you have any prior speeding tickets UNLESS they are unpaid which would make you a SCOFF LAW and you get arrested and taken directly to traffic court..

Well in NJ, when i run a NJ liscense, i can find out how many points you have on your license, but not what offenses you committed. And it is always better to have less points when ur stopped. If you have alot of points, it shows u dont learn, and this isnt an isolated incident.

CROWNVIC, yea when we run a DL, the dispatcher is able to see all the violations and the points, but they only tell us how many points, they wont waste time telling us all the reasons they got the points over the radio. We dont have computers in all of our cars yet, so we need to rely on the dispatcher for everything.
