Im getting really fed up with not knowing what this noise is coming from my engine. Its hard to tell where its coming from. It is a "clacking" sound. I checked my valves and adjusted them very little since they were really close to spec. Noise wasn't affected by it. I checked compression and compression was good.

So heres what I checked:
Compression
Valve lash
Loss motion assemblies

Things I'm gonna check that could make some sort of noise like this:
Rod bearings
Main bearings
Wrist pins
Valves

I have a couple qestions... How do i check the wrist pins exactly without taking the rod all the way out??? Also, Can my compression still be fine and still have a bent valve or is it always no compression???

Can anyone think of anything else to check??? This noise only happens when its like light throttle on low RPM's... That keeps leaning me towards rod bearings but I have been beating the **** out of it for like a month now like this... Thats what is weird.

If its a bearing your oil should have all sorts of shiny metal bits in it. Probably wouldnt run for a month either. Maybe its something simple like a loose bracket? :)

i don't think its a bracket lol... its pretty loud. I need to have some honda guru or engine guru listen to it
